Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Schedule

We process and dispatch orders on every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). The cut-off time determines when your order is shipped:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SGT) will be dispatched on the same business day.

• Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM (SGT) will be dispatched on the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

For example: an order placed on Friday at 1:30 PM will be dispatched that same Friday. An order placed on Friday at 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following Monday (assuming no public holiday).

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are shipped via SingPost and are estimated to arrive within 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by SingPost and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high mail volumes, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery schedule from dispatch date:

• Standard delivery: 1–2 business days (via SingPost)

Note: Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Weekend days are not counted.

Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

If your parcel cannot be delivered, SingPost will leave a delivery advice card at your address. You may then arrange re-delivery or self-collect from the designated SingPost branch. Little Taiwan Store is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us so we can investigate with SingPost on your behalf.
