Damaged or Incorrect Items - WhatsApp Exchange

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via WhatsApp +65 85891503 directly. We will arrange a replacement for you promptly without the need for a refund process.

 

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are damaged, crushed, or incorrect upon delivery. Products in intact condition are not eligible for return.


To initiate a return, contact us at littletaiwan.tfsg@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a photo of the package label. After verification, send the item in original packaging to: 2 Gambas Crescent, Nordcom II, #06-31, Singapore 757044.


Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. For exchanges, return the item first and then place a new order.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
